Information About Greek Life at BGSU For Potential members
Our Greek community enjoys more than a 60-year history at BGSU. Fraternity and sorority living is available to students after their first semester. Fraternity and sorority members share in service, scholastic, philanthropic and leadership experiences while also participating in self-governance. BGSU provides trained, graduate level, live-in staff to each of the 30 fraternity and sorority chapters housed on campus to help foster a positive learning environment. Many chapter houses have cooks who prepare meals in the house under chapter guidance. All chapter members, whether they live in the chapter house or elsewhere, benefit from being part of this vibrant community.
